    Description:

I am a contemporary Ceramics Artist, born in Czech Republic. There I lived and studied fine Arts and Crafts graduating with honours in 2006, before moving to Brighton, England.
I have never stopped thinking about pursuing a career as an artist and after few years of not creating any work I decided to make my way back into art.
I am currently doing voluntary apprenticeship with ceramic artist John Evans.
I have set up small studio in my home and spent last year searching for direction in my work. On this journey of self-discovery I have worked on different projects and experimented with various ideas, only to come back to my roots and my graduation work. I am observer, I have recently started to work on a series of sculptural human forms, investigating human body as an medical object. I am finding links and exploring relationships between fragility of human life, the impact of our life style choices and the environment we created to live in on our lives and bodies.
My inspiration comes mainly from everyday life and hospital environment where I work.
